Tim Braheem is known for his innovative contributions to loan officer training, as the creator of LoanToolbox.com. Tim became acutely aware of the universal need for training and marketing solutions in the mortgage industry, while touring the US as a keynote speaker. As a result, he developed LoanToolbox to provide proven tools and strategies that could be easily implemented, by any loan officer, in any marketplace.

The website has evolved into a growing community of over 9,000 loan originators. The company offers turn-key automated marketing campaigns directed to leads, prospects, clients and referral partners, as well as one-on-one mentoring through the Maximum Acceleration coaching program.
Previously, Tim was the President and CEO of First Rate Financial in Westlake Village, CA. He was awarded Hall of Fame status by Mortgage Originator Magazine, with record production numbers over a ten year period. Tim is a captivating speaker and has motivated thousands of loan originators in the US and abroad at public and private engagements, and he is the driving force behind the LoanToolbox Taking Action seminar series and the Business Plan 2007 conference.
